Zeit & Raum in Nuremberg

When I was there, it wasn't a big choice of sweet buns but I took few to try. All of them were perfect breads, with fantastic texture and taste but... Cinnamon roll had not enaugh of cinnamon filling. Nicht Berliner was okay but also not enaugh of plum inside. The one with tahini and apricot was nice. But vegan with white chocolate was to sweet. Those small mistakes are acceptable but after paying more than 20 euros for few sweet buns, I was expecting a bit more... or maybe because of this fantastic reviews? Also from what I see from photos those buns get more expensive then it was before. Anyway coffee was okay. And I have to say that the cheese stick was perfect. In overall I liked this place but it's just this that I was expecting a bit more from it.

Long lines but surely worth it! The only thing is that they sometimes cut the cinnamon buns or general buns sizes very small and it is very expensive. However surely a berlin must have

Beat bakery (chain) in Berlin. The long lines are for a reason. The Haus bread, cinnamon rolls, and pretty much anything else are so damn good, even gluten free individuals look for a reason to have it. A must stop 🛑 when in Berlin.

Great place for coffee and all yeast baked goods!!! Had awesome sandwiches and cakes. Can't wait to go back!

Nice ambience, friendly staff and good coffee! Quite crowded and I didn't like the tahin-apricot cake very much.

If you're contemplating whether to visit this branch or the one next to U Eberswalder Str., go for this one!! They always have a steady stream of visitors but the staff is very quick and efficient. I don't think I need to add more about the uber famous cinnamon buns but if you've never tried them before, go for the one with white chocolate and berries. It's delicious!! The cappuccino is also really good. It's just an all around good place to grab a coffee. Brownie points for good music too!

Awesome cinnamon rolls, but avoid the carrot cake.

I'd heard about this famed bakery/cafe and was very excited to visit and eat their food. Lived up to and exceeded expectations. Really good fast service, absolutely delicious sandwiches (which are also ideal for taking with you on the go), and the famous pastry 'snails' - dreamy. I highly recommend the white chocolate and raspberry one. Very clean inside, bright decor.

The new vegan Apricot Tahini roll is tasty AF! More vegan options would be cool but this is a great start.

Best cinnamon rolls in Berlin. You can find different flavors, such as dark chocolate, white chocolate with strawberries, banana with dark chocolate, apple cinnamon, and more. They are delicious.

It was a very cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee with super delicious buns. I’ve tried the one with chocolate and banana. It was sooo soft, melting in your mouth. You can see people lining up in front of the place, this explains how good they are! Staff is friendly and nice.

Delicious food and they have a high chair but no changing table. And yes there would be room for one of the ones that folds down from the wall.

There were tons of bees on the breads in the showcase. Where food is sold, they need to take action on this point.....

There is nothing I can say other than the buns being heavenly treat. I haven't tried the bread yet, I actually go exclusively for the buns to this place.

Delicious pastry! Must come and try them if you are around. They are soft and light, not super sweet, and full of flavour!

The rolls are super delicious, but the hot drinks like coffee & chai latte taste super watery, so not worth the price.

A must visit for those in town for a short trip and a favourite for those calling Berlin home. Great quality of goods. Each variant of the rolls are amazing. Definitely try the apple.

I tried carrot cake and was really bad. So dry and bad. Otherwise i like other bread there. Don’t try cake there....

Good selection of breads, pastries and cakes. Everything has great taste and it's organic. The only issue I have with this place is the unfriendly stuff. And I am speaking not only for personal experience. I have often witnessed unpleasant discussions between staff and customers. Very rarely you will see them smile at you. I guess the company mis-treats or underpays them, I have no other explanation. So now, I don't go that much anymore, I buy my Bio Bread at Denn's.
